The product received has absolutely nothing to do with the one presented in the advertisement.
I ordered the green massager with two arms, clearly displayed as the main photo, but I received a completely different model, of poor quality and unrelated to my order.

The seller even modified the photos and description after my order, which clearly shows an intention to deceive customers.
When I requested a return, they gave me an address in China, impossible to use from Europe without paying an exorbitant price.

Dishonest seller, false advertising, ZERO reliability.
Several customers have already been trapped in the same way.
I strongly advise against this store — RUN AWAY!

I often sit at the computer for work, and my neck frequently feels stiff and sore. After using it four or five times, i found it genuinely effective. My neck feels wonderfully relaxed, and the heating function is excellent too.

I bought one for dad. After using it, he said it feels very comfortable and effectively relieves pain in his neck and legs. He can't put it down.
